  1. There are many great ways to use veggie stock beyond soup! Here are some ideas:

    1. Cooking Grains: Use veggie stock instead of water when cooking rice, quinoa, or other grains for added flavor.

    2. Sauces and Gravies: Incorporate it into sauces, gravies, or stews to enhance the taste.

    3. Stir-Fry or Sauté: Use veggie stock as a base for sautéing vegetables or in stir-fries to add moisture and flavor.

    4. Risotto: It’s perfect for making risotto, adding depth to the dish.

    5. Mashed Potatoes: Use veggie stock in place of milk or cream for a lighter version of mashed potatoes.

    6. Curry: Incorporate it into curries for added flavor.

    7. Slow Cooker Meals: Use it as a liquid base for slow cooker meals to enhance flavor.

    8. Freeze for Later: If you can’t use it all at once, freeze portions in ice cube trays or containers for easy use later.

    9. Vegetable Braising: Use it to braise veggies, giving them a nice flavor boost.

    10. Pasta Cooking Liquid: Cook pasta in veggie stock for extra flavor.
