What you do with boiled chicken water?

What do you do with the water leftover from boiling chicken? I’ve been boiling two frozen chicken thighs in plain water and discarding the water afterward. Is there a more effective way to use that water, perhaps to create a soup? What do you recommend for someone cooking just for themselves?
