What can I do with 8 leftover egg yolks? I’m baking a white cake for a birthday, and I’ll have 8 yolks that I really don’t want to waste. My pantry is pretty bare, but here’s what I have on hand:
- Milk
- Sugar
- Flour
- Vanilla
- Various spices
- Basmati and regular rice
That’s about it! If I can’t come up with a creative way to use the yolks, I guess I could always share them with my dog—he’d definitely appreciate it!
