What are some good ways to incorporate beef gelatin powder into my daily routine?
Hi everyone! I’m a 29-year-old female who just learned I have disc degeneration disease. To help manage my condition, I’m looking to enhance my diet with more collagen.
I recently bought some beef gelatin powder, which suggests it can be added to both hot and cold drinks. This morning, I tried mixing it into my coffee, but it turned into a chunky mess! I ended up chugging it just so I wouldn’t waste the scoop I used.
If you’ve used beef gelatin before, what do you mix it with? I’d love any tips or suggestions! Thanks!
