Leftover veggie soup – would you give it a try?
I whipped up some vegetable soup for dinner three nights ago and stored the leftovers in the fridge right away. They should still be safe to eat, don’t you think?

Yes, if you stored the vegetable soup properly in the fridge right after cooking, it should still be good to eat after three days. Just make sure to check for any off smells or visible signs of spoilage. If it looks and smells fine, reheating it thoroughly should make it safe to enjoy!
