I’m recovering from a stomach bug and looking for a simple chicken and rice recipe that’s easy on my digestive system. I don’t have much else to say, but I’m trying to avoid dairy for now (though I do have some vegan “butter” available) and I’m taking it slow with the fiber. Honestly, something a bit bland might be just what I need. I really appreciate any suggestions! I’m super hungry but anxious about eating anything that could upset my stomach again.
Edit: A big thank you to everyone for your recommendations! I’m gradually returning to my usual diet, and your ideas have really helped. I have to admit, I’m getting tired of stressing over what to eat (or not eat).
