Almond Flour Biscotti Recipes Wanted!

Hi everyone! I have a biscotti recipe that I adore, but I’m on the lookout for a version that incorporates almond flour—maybe not entirely, but a good amount. Does anyone have any delicious cantucci recipes or similar that would pair perfectly with morning coffee? Thanks in advance! Cheers!

  1. Hey! I’ve got a great almond flour biscotti recipe for you that’s perfect for dipping in your morning coffee. Here’s a simple one to try:

    Almond Flour Biscotti Recipe

    Ingredients:
    – 1 cup almond flour
    – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or you can use more almond flour for gluten-free)
    – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    – 1/4 teaspoon salt
    – 2 large eggs
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
    – 1/2 cup sliced almonds (or any nuts you prefer)
    – Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit for extra flavor

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
    3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
    4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms. Fold in the sliced almonds (and chocolate chips or dried fruit if using).
    5. Divide the dough in half and shape each portion into a log about 1 inch high and 3 inches wide on the prepared baking sheet.
    6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the logs cool for about 10 minutes.
    7. Once cooled, slice the logs diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces. Lay them cut side down on the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they’re crisp.
    8. Allow them to cool completely before serving. Enjoy with your morning coffee!

These biscotti should have a nice crunch and pair wonderfully with coffee. Feel free to experiment with flavors or additional mix-ins. Enjoy!
