Back bacon or streaky bacon

Back Bacon or Streaky Bacon Needed!

I’m planning to whip up a classic full English breakfast, but I’m struggling to find either streaky or back bacon here in Florida. If anyone has tips on where I might be able to get some, or if you can suggest a good substitute, I’d really appreciate it! Thanks!

  1. If you’re in Florida, you might want to check out specialty butcher shops or local markets that focus on British or European products. Sometimes, larger grocery store chains that offer international sections might have what you’re looking for.

For a substitute, you could try using regular bacon (like American-style bacon) if you’re unable to find back or streaky bacon. It has a different texture, but it can still work for a fry-up. Alternatively, thick-cut ham or even pancetta could provide a similar richness. Good luck with your full English breakfast!
