Hi everyone!

Tonight, I’m whipping up breakfast for dinner, a family favorite—eggs, toast, and bacon. I’m looking to add a vegetable to the mix since that’s our goal for dinner. I’ve thought of potatoes with onions and peppers, but I already have a starch in the meal. Any other veggie suggestions? Thanks!
