Hey everyone!

Tonight’s dinner theme is breakfast, which is always a hit in our house—think eggs, toast, and bacon. I’m trying to include a vegetable, as we aim to have one with every meal. Any recommendations? I initially thought of sautéed potatoes with onions and peppers, but I already have a starch on the menu. Thanks in advance!
