In search of budget-friendly beef cuts for the slow cooker?
I’m considering seasoning some inexpensive cuts of beef, like top sirloin, and letting them cook in the slow cooker all day. I’m aware that on their own, they won’t make a complete meal, but my goal is to have a batch of tender, seasoned beef ready to use in various dishes throughout the week. Is this a practical approach? With grocery prices rising, I’m looking for some cost-effective meal solutions. I thought this community would be the perfect place to get some expert advice!
