My go-to ‘Comfortcore’ meal has to be my grandma’s homemade mac and cheese. She would make it from scratch with a creamy cheddar sauce, and it always had that perfect crispy top layer baked to golden perfection. Every bite takes me back to family gatherings where we’d all gather around the table, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. It’s the ultimate warm hug in a dish for me! What about you?
