Favorite/Most Used Kitchen Gadgets or Appliances

Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into cooking, and I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pot and pan set (still can’t decide!). I’ve also been exploring some interesting new kitchen gadgets. I thought it would be fun to ask the Reddit community about your favorite or most frequently used kitchen gadgets and appliances—feel free to be specific!

Here’s my list:
1. My Keurig and Corsair air fryer are on daily rotation, as I’m sure is the case for many of you.
2. I use my vacuum sealer every day. I had a FoodSaver for years but recently switched to the Nesco Pro, and it has been fantastic!
3. My Bluevua RO water filter machine gets daily use and has been a staple in my kitchen for years.
4. My Vitamix blender and Zojirushi rice maker are both used weekly.
5. As for fun gadgets, I’ve been stumped, but I do get a lot of use out of my handheld lemon juicer and tofu press.

If you have a pot and pan set that you swear by, or if you know of any unique kitchen gadgets, I’d love to hear about them! I’m excited to learn about what everyone else finds essential in their kitchens. Thanks in advance for your responses, and have a wonderful day!

  1. Hey! I love this idea and it’s always great to see what other people find useful in the kitchen. Here are a few of my go-to gadgets and appliances:

    1. Instant Pot: This is a total game-changer for me. It’s versatile and works as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, and rice maker all in one. I use it for everything from soups to stews to yogurt!

    2. Cast Iron Skillet: Not really a gadget, but this skillet is my trusty sidekick. It’s perfect for searing, baking, and everything in between. The more I use it, the better it gets!

    3. Food Processor: I use mine almost daily for chopping veggies, making sauces, or even dough. It speeds up prep time so much!

    4. Immersion Blender: I love it for soups and smoothies. It’s compact and easy to clean compared to a regular blender. Plus, I can blend right in the pot!

    5. Spiralizer: I’m not super into fancy gadgets, but this one is a fun way to make veggie noodles. It adds a nice twist to meals and gets more veggies into my diet.

As for pots and pans, I’ve had great luck with the T-fal Nonstick Cookware Set—really solid for everyday cooking without breaking the bank. Good luck on your cooking journey, and I hope you find some of these suggestions helpful! Happy cooking!
