I’m preparing a meal for a friend who has some dietary restrictions: no dairy, no acidic foods (like citrus, vinegar, tomatoes, or condiments), no spicy ingredients (including chili powder, cayenne, or any type of peppers), no strawberries, and no fermented items (such as sourdough or soy sauce).
