Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
– 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl or a jar with a lid, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing emulsifies.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before serving!
