How can I better incorporate my noodles into my stir fry?
When I prepare a stir fry with noodles, typically chow mein, I struggle to fully blend everything together. My current method using a wok involves browning the protein first and then setting it aside. Next, I add in the vegetables, cooking them until they’re browned and starting to soften before returning the protein to the pan and mixing everything together. Finally, I add the sauce and toss in the cooked and rinsed noodles, but no matter how much I toss and mix, I can’t seem to get everything to come together. Should I try adding the noodles before the sauce instead?
