How can I better incorporate my noodles into my stir fry?
Whenever I make a stir fry with noodles (I usually use chow mein), I struggle to get everything to blend together. My current method is to brown the protein and then remove it. Next, I add the veggies and cook them until they’re nicely browned and starting to soften. After that, I mix in the protein again and add the sauce. Finally, I toss in the cooked and rinsed noodles, but no matter how much I try to mix it all together, I can’t seem to get it to combine well. Should I add the noodles before the sauce instead?
