How do I cook marinated chicken?

I enjoy purchasing pre-marinated chicken, but I’m unsure about the best way to cook it while keeping all those delicious flavors intact. Should I pan-fry it, or is baking the better option? I came across a video that suggested drying the chicken, but that seems counterproductive since I’d be wiping off the marinade onto a paper towel. I would really appreciate any tips! I’m a great baker, but cooking isn’t really my specialty! 😂
