How do I cook store-bought breaded chicken?

I picked up some rosemary garlic parmesan breaded chicken cutlets from Fresh Market, but I’d prefer not to fry them in oil. Can anyone guide me on how to cook them in an air fryer? I really need some help since I’m not very experienced in the kitchen!

  1. No worries, cooking with an air fryer is quick and easy! Here’s how to cook your rosemary garlic Parmesan breaded chicken cutlets:

    1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes.

    2. Prepare the Chicken: Take the breaded chicken cutlets out of the packaging. There’s no need to thaw them if they’re frozen—just cook them straight from the freezer if that’s how they came.

    3. Air Fry the Chicken: Place the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they’re not overcrowded so they cook evenly.

    4. Cooking Time: Cook them for about 10-12 minutes. If they are frozen, you may need to add an extra 2-3 minutes. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.

    5. Check for Doneness: Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If you have a meat thermometer, that’s a great way to check!

    6. Serve and Enjoy: Once they’re done, carefully remove them from the air fryer. Let them rest for a minute before serving.

You can pair them with a side salad, some steamed veggies, or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your meal! If you have questions about cooking anything else, feel free to ask!
