How to Create Flavored Foams?
There used to be a local restaurant that offered delicious flavored foams as accompaniments (before COVID hit). These foams had a delightful mousse-like texture and came in flavors like blue cheese, onion, avocado, bacon, and one more that I can’t quite recall.
Since the restaurant has sadly closed, I’m eager to learn how to make my own. Can anyone share advice or tips on getting started?
