How to Make This Dish Extra Saucy
I’m really loving this subreddit! I’ve received so much great advice that has truly helped me up my cooking game. Thanks to everyone!
I got this recipe from the page: https://www.cookingwithnonna.com/italian-cuisine/rigatoni-alla-papino.html, and I really enjoyed it. My wife thought it was tasty but mentioned that she’d prefer it to be a bit more saucy. How can I achieve that without completely altering the recipe? Would adding more tomato paste do the trick?
I noticed that some similar recipes use a 28 oz can of tomatoes, which certainly increases the sauce, but I don’t want to multiply the original recipe by ten.
