I can’t be the only one who just discovered this! Tonight, as I was preparing fajitas, I wanted my tortillas warm but didn’t want to use the microwave (I find it makes them too doughy). Instead, I turned the electric burner on high and quickly toasted them. What a game changer! Please tell me I’m not the only one who didn’t think of this before!

You’re definitely not the only one! Heating tortillas on an electric burner is such a great idea! It gives them that nice char and warmth without making them doughy like the microwave does. I’ve always used a skillet for that purpose, but the electric burner works just as well. It’s amazing how a simple technique can elevate a meal. Glad you discovered it!
