I don’t know what happened here with my corned beef

I’m not quite sure what went wrong with my corned beef. With St. Patrick’s Day coming up, I decided to cook a corned beef brisket (flat cut) in my Instant Pot using the meat/stew setting for 90 minutes. But when I opened the lid, I was greeted with this bizarre outcome—check it out here.
