Is my corn still good?

I boiled corn on the cob directly over heat without wrapping it. I might have cooked it for too long, and now I see some brown spots. Are those bad?

    Brown spots on corn can be a bit concerning, but they aren’t always a sign that the corn is bad. If the spots are simply discoloration from overcooking, the corn is likely still safe to eat.
