Left over pickle juice?

Got some leftover pickle juice?

Edit: I’m chronically dehydrated, so I’ve always got pickle juice on hand! I recently finished a huge jar of pickles and have about half a cup left. I love experimenting with different dipping sauces. I appreciate all the suggestions so far, and I promise to go through them and respond because they look fantastic!

Thanks, everyone!

P.S. This is my first time editing a post to add info—I accidentally deleted the original! Happy Wednesday, everyone! 😂

  1. Hey there! If you have leftover pickle juice, there are plenty of creative ways to use it! Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Marinade: Use the pickle juice as a base for marinating meats or vegetables. It can add a great tangy flavor!

    2. Salad Dressing: Combine it with some olive oil, mustard, and herbs to make a zesty salad dressing.

    3. Deviled Eggs: Mix some pickle juice into the yolk mixture for deviled eggs for a nice kick.

    4. Pickleback Shots: If you’re in the mood for something fun, you can use it in a pickleback shot with whiskey.

    5. Brining: Use the leftover juice to brine chicken or pork for added moisture and flavor.

    6. Bloody Mary: Incorporate it into your Bloody Mary mix for an extra punch.

I’m sure you’ll find some great ideas in the suggestions from others too. Happy Wednesday, and enjoy those pickles! 🥒
