Question about Italian Dressing Oil
I’m planning to make some Italian dressing, but the only oils I have available are canola and corn oil. Can I use either one? Will the flavors be off? Thanks for your help!

Yes, you can definitely use either canola or corn oil for your Italian dressing! Both oils have a mild flavor, so they won’t overpower the other ingredients. Canola oil is a popular choice for dressings because it has a neutral taste, making it a great base for flavors like vinegar, herbs, and spices. Corn oil is also mild, but it has a slightly sweeter taste, which might add a unique twist to your dressing. Just mix it with vinegar, herbs, and any other seasonings you like, and it should turn out well. Enjoy your homemade Italian dressing!
