No liquid oil left in pan after cooking.

I know this might seem like a silly question, and I apologize for that, but if there’s absolutely no liquid oil left in the pan after cooking, can I wash it normally without worrying about oil getting into the drains?

  1. No need to apologize, it’s a valid question! If there’s no liquid oil left in the pan, you can wash it normally without worrying about oil getting into the drains. Just make sure to scrape off any residue that might still be present before washing. If you want to be extra cautious, you can wipe the pan with a paper towel before washing, but it sounds like you’re in the clear!
