Hey everyone! I’ve noticed that many cooking recipes and videos feature shallow pans, especially for dishes like pasta where the sauce and pasta are combined.
I’m wondering how the size and depth of the pot can influence the final outcome of the food. This is particularly important to me as I’m interested in preparing larger quantities for leftovers or when cooking for a crowd.
