Including Potatoes in Your Diet
I’m currently following a diet focused on high protein and cutting out starches to lose weight. I really enjoy potatoes, but I’ve been advised to avoid them.
I’ve read online that boiled or mashed potatoes can be acceptable, while fried ones should be avoided.
I’d love to hear your thoughts. If you’re on a diet, do you ever use potatoes in your cooking?
