Looking for an alternative to the Remoska that offers more than just baking!
For those unfamiliar, the Remoska is a countertop oven known for its unique design, where the heating element is located in the lid.
When my wife and I moved in together, I decided to part ways with my smaller Remoska. I wanted a versatile multicooker that not only bakes but also functions as a rice cooker and more. However, the one I have now has its heating element at the bottom, which means my quick chicken recipe doesn’t work well since the water evaporates too quickly. (I’ll share the recipe in a comment!)
I’m on the lookout for a cooker that can also serve as a slow cooker and has a top-mounted heating element. It would also be great to have temperature settings, as the Remoska operates on a simple set-it-and-forget-it basis without any temperature control. Any recommendations?
