St. Paddy’s Day dinner ideas that aren’t corned beef?

Looking for St. Paddy’s Day dinner ideas beyond corned beef?
My family traditionally makes corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots for our Sunday dinner before St. Patrick’s Day. I know it’s not actually Irish cuisine, but it’s a tradition we hold dear.
That said, I’d love some fresh ideas for a nice Irish meal. I’m comfortable in the kitchen and can tackle most recipes. My wife suggested lamb stew, but honestly, we already enjoy that 4 or 5 times each winter!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
