Concerns About Nickel in Stainless Steel Cookware and Cutlery
I’ve recently transitioned from Teflon to stainless steel for my cookware. While my cutlery is all 18/10 stainless steel, I’m a bit worried about the potential presence of other harmful metals, particularly nickel. Should I be concerned about the nickel content in my cutlery and cookware? Would it be better to opt for 18/0 stainless steel instead?
