Concern Regarding Nickel in Stainless Steel 18/10 and 18/0
I’ve transitioned from Teflon to stainless steel for my cookware, and my cutlery is made of 18/10 stainless steel. However, I’m worried about potential exposure to other harmful metals like nickel. Should I be concerned about this regarding both my cutlery and cookware? Would it be better to choose 18/0 stainless steel instead?
