Getting Creative with Za’atar
Last year, my brother gave me a huge bag of Za’atar—almost a kilogram! I’ve been trying to use it up, but it seems like I barely made a dent. I sprinkle it on a lot of dishes, but that hasn’t been enough.
I’ve made manakeesh once, and I’d like to try that again since it uses up a good amount, but I can only have it so often. I’m looking for more ways to incorporate Za’atar into my cooking. Any suggestions?
