What are your go-to recipes for crumbled tofu?
I recently tried a method where you take a block of extra firm tofu, crumble it into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces by hand, then toss it with pesto and seasonings before baking it until it turns into crispy, delicious bites. These crunchy tofu pieces make a fantastic topping for pasta or rice!
I’m eager to explore more ideas like this, but I’d love to experiment with different flavors instead of pesto. What other recipes can I try?
Just a heads-up: I’m not looking for Asian-inspired dishes this time. I often make Asian tofu recipes, and I’m in the mood for something new!
