What are some good ways to incorporate beef gelatin powder into my daily routine?
Hi everyone! I’m a 29-year-old woman who was recently diagnosed with disc degeneration disease, and I’m looking to boost my collagen intake through dietary changes. I bought some beef gelatin powder, and the package says it can be added to both hot and cold beverages. However, this morning I tried mixing it into my coffee, and it turned into a chunky mess! I ended up chugging it just to avoid wasting the scoop of gelatin.
If you have experience using beef gelatin, what do you typically mix it with? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
