What are some great sides to pair with braised gammon?
I have a recipe for gammon that features braising in teriyaki and apple, but it tends to be on the saltier side. I was thinking of serving it with greens and carrots, but I’d love some specific suggestions.
I found that mashed potatoes might be a common pairing, but I’m unsure if they would suit the shredded meat.
