What’s the best way to cook a premade chicken pot pie?
I’ve become a big fan of the chicken pot pies from a local bakery, but I keep running into problems when I try to bake them at home. The instructions say to preheat the oven to 400°F and bake for 34 minutes, but my pies often end up with burned edges while the bottom is soggy because of the moisture. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I also attempted to microwave one, but that didn’t work at all—it never heats evenly and the middle stays cold. Any tips would be appreciated!
