Planning a 5-course meal for my dad’s 60th birthday! My sister and I are preparing a special seafood-themed dinner since he grew up in a fishing town. Our parents are incredible cooks, and we’ve inherited their skills, so we’re excited to get creative.
For the first course, I’m thinking of serving oysters (we absolutely love them!), followed by crab cakes for the second course (because who doesn’t love a touch of elegance?). I’m looking for suggestions for the remaining courses and any wine pairings you might recommend. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
