I have been trying to cook an international dish every week. I am not vegetarian so i prefer something that has meat. I have cooked dishes from countries like Serbia, Italy, USA, Germany, Japan, China and a couple others. PLEASE GIVE ME IDEAS to cook

I’ve been challenging myself to cook a different international dish each week. As I’m not vegetarian, I prefer recipes that include meat. So far, I’ve tried dishes from countries like Serbia, Italy, the USA, Germany, Japan, China, and a few others. I’d love to hear your suggestions for new dishes to try!

  1. That sounds like a fun and delicious challenge! Here are some international meat-based dishes you can try:

    2. Moroccan Tagine: Slow-cooked stews with meat (like lamb or chicken) and a mix of spices, often served with couscous.

    3. Mexican Tacos al Pastor: Marinated pork cooked on a vertical spit, served in tortillas with pineapple, onions, and cilantro.

    4. Brazilian Feijoada: A hearty black bean stew with pork and beef, typically served with rice, collard greens, and orange slices.

    5. Indian Butter Chicken: A rich and creamy curry made with chicken simmered in a spiced tomato sauce, often served with naan or rice.

    6. Korean Bulgogi: Marinated beef that’s grilled or stir-fried and served with rice and pickled vegetables.

    7. South African Bobotie: A spiced minced meat dish with an egg-based topping, often served with yellow rice and chutney.

    8. Thai Green Curry: A spicy and aromatic curry made with chicken and green curry paste, served with jasmine rice.

    9. Hungarian Goulash: A warm stew made with beef, potatoes, and peppers, flavored with paprika and other spices.

    10. Greek Souvlaki: Marinated skewers of grilled meat (usually pork or chicken) served with tzatziki sauce and pita bread.
