Is it too late for me to go to culinary school? And where should I look at going?

Is it too late for me to pursue a culinary career by attending culinary school? I’m looking for suggestions on where to apply as well.

I’ve spent my adult life working at a grocery store and have been dealing with a disability for the last five years. Now at 33, I anticipate returning to work next year after my surgery goes as planned. I’m curious if investing in culinary school at this stage is a good idea. Any advice?
