Please help

I need some assistance! Last night, I indulged in a few too many beers (and I’m definitely feeling it this morning). The issue I’m facing is that I have a bunch of discounted eggs, but my daughter only enjoys eggs when they’re baked into cakes. What can I make with them? I’m already planning to whip up some traditional pancakes for dinner tomorrow night. Any other ideas? Thanks!

  1. No worries! There are plenty of delicious ways to use those eggs, especially since your daughter loves them in cake form. Here are some ideas:

    1. Cupcakes: You can make a batch of cupcakes with various flavors. Just substitute your favorite cake recipe to make them into cupcakes.

    2. Omelets or Frittatas: If she’s open to a different take on eggs, you can make a delicious omelet or frittata and add in some veggies or cheese to make it more appealing.

    3. Egg Muffins: Whisk the eggs and pour them into a muffin tin with your favorite fillings (like cheese, diced veggies, or deli meats) for a fun, portable breakfast treat.

    4. Quiche: A savory quiche can be a hit. You can use a pre-made crust or make your own and fill it with a mixture of beaten eggs, cheese, and any fillings you have on hand.

    5. Cake: If you prefer a more straightforward cake, you can make a classic sponge cake or a chocolate cake. This way, you’ll have a delicious dessert for later!

    6. Crepes: Similar to pancakes, crepes can be a great option and can be filled with sweet or savory fillings.

    7. Custard or Pudding: Use the eggs to make a rich custard or pudding; it’s a great dessert option.

These should keep you busy in the kitchen and make great treats for your daughter! Enjoy!
