What can I do with 8 leftover egg yolks?
I’m preparing a white cake for a birthday celebration, and I’ll have 8 egg yolks on hand that I really don’t want to waste. My budget is tight, so here’s what I currently have:
- Milk
- Sugar
- Flour
- Vanilla extract
- Various spices
- Basmati and regular rice
That’s all I have to work with! If I can’t find a way to use the egg yolks creatively, I might just save them for my dog—he’d love them! Any suggestions?
